SPX ELECTRIC recently welcomed an overseas client for an on-site factory inspection at its headquarters. The visit covered a full walkthrough of the production facilities, with the client observing the manufacturing processes behind SPX's low-voltage electrical products and discussing cooperation opportunities with the technical and sales teams.
During the production tour, the client inspected key manufacturing stages, including automated assembly lines for Molded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs), component production stations, and finished product testing areas. In the quality inspection laboratory, SPX demonstrated testing procedures for dielectric strength, temperature rise, mechanical endurance, and protection ratings. The client showed strong interest in the AC Contactor assembly line and the VFD testing station, taking photographs and detailed notes at multiple stages.
Following the tour, both parties held a technical and commercial meeting. SPX's engineering team shared product specifications and international certification documents, while the sales team discussed customization options, packaging preferences, and delivery schedules. The client provided valuable feedback on local market requirements and end-user expectations. Both sides reached a trial order agreement covering selected MCCB, AC Contactor, and Thermal Overload Relay models, with sample production confirmed as the next step.
SPX ELECTRIC views this visit as a meaningful step toward building a stable, long-term partnership. The company remains focused on delivering reliable electrical products backed by rigorous quality control and responsive service.
